Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides in favor of the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products and sealed computer software products opened by the consumer, nor to sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection that have been opened after delivery.

Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 2005/206, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form) , has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, namely:

    • - In the absence of the original packaging.
    • - In the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc )
    • - The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.

We remind you that if you return a product that contains memory devices, it is advisable to transfer the data contained on an alternative device and delete it. Following the return of the goods, Click Help SAS will proceed to eliminate or make unreadable the data present, also to protect its confidentiality. Under no circumstances will Click Help SAS be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, related to the loss or non-use of the data present in the returned product.

Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the CLICK HELP SAS Customer Service will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods which must be received by CLICK HELP SAS within 10 days of authorization.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

      • - The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
      • - the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging);
      • - to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box, bearing the RMA number (return authorization code); in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided;
      • - by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer; The customer can return the goods at his own expense through a courier of his choice or use the collection service via BRT directly at home at a cost of € 10.00 + VAT which will be deducted from the cost of the goods.
      • - the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
      • - in case of damage to the goods during transport, CLICK HELP SAS will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured);
      • - in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;
      • - CLICK HELP SAS is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
      • - upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage caused by the customer to the original packaging, or to the product itself, CLICK HELP SAS will refund the customer the amount already paid, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days of the request. of withdrawal, by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN code and invoice holder).

      • - the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
      • - the absence of integral elements of the product (parts missing, etc. );
      • - damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
      • In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, CLICK HELP SAS will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
